Our Philosophy

We believe what children learn is a combination of genetics and environment. We accept each child as a unique individual. We believe each child should be respected in order to build self-esteem and instill an acceptance for others. Each child's development will be encouraged and the curriculum will nurture and facilitate growth.

 

We believe children learn through play. Play is a way of social learning, emotional release, and practicing communications. Play is a child's world.

 

We believe a child's environment should be safe, clean, organized, and inviting. The facility will be arranged to offer challenging and stimulating play by providing learning choices ranging in developmental levels. Centers allow children the opportunity to explore, experiment, and make choices.

 

 

Our Staff



Tadpoles are proud to have an experienced, well-educated staff that contributes quality care to the center. Each employee goes through continuous high standard training and college education to meet. Our staff always strives to nurture and build close relationships with our children and their families. We believe that staff and family communication and relationships are the foundation for a successful learning environment
